We are enhancing our precautionary measure at our premises to ensure a safer and hygienic environment for everyone. Here are some essential information about the new health and safety measures we’ve introduced to help protect our guests and employees.

Admission numbers will be limited to 1,500 people to facilitate the enforcement of social distancing.
Guests are recommended to bring their own towel.
Towels are also available for purchase at our retail store should you require one.
Guests are recommended to wear a face mask at all times.
Remove the face mask when you’re in the water.
Please note that some experiences and mascot appearances have been suspended to avoid mass gatherings. 
Temperature checks will be conducted with an infrared thermometer at the entrance to the waterpark.
Contact tracing will be conducted at the entrance to the waterpark.
Prepare to make on-site payment using credit card/debit card to minimise physical contact.
Our employees will wear Personal Protective Equipment to protect both guests and employees.
Practice social distancing with our floor markings and signage.
Rides and slides capacity will be limited to ensure adherence to social distancing at all times. 
Enhanced cleaning measures have been put in place.
Please use hand sanitizers located around the waterpark.
Chlorine level tests will be conducted every 2 hours in accordance with Ministry of Health and government standard.
Fitting rooms in retail stores are closed. 
Pay confidently with e-wallet payments at our retail stores and food outlets.
