The health and safety of our guests, employees and the destination are our priority. We will be embarking on a new Standard Operating Procedures that is aligned with the government’s directive to keep the public safe and to flatten the curve on Covid-19. Therefore, we will be undertaking certain safety measures which includes security and temperature checks within the destination.

Yes. Temperature checks will be conducted at all entrances to Desaru Coast.
Desaru Coast is owned by a private entity and under its jurisdiction, the owner may instill tighter security measures to protect its properties and guests in accordance with the Government’s directive.

For guests showing slight temperature above the accepted levels, our security personnel will attempt to re-scan again after a quick rest of 10 minutes.

If temperature improves, then proceed to enter accordingly. Each guest will be provided a Conditional Movement pass as an additional form of verification.

However, if temperature remains high, we will advise the guest to seek out any of the nearby clinics for a follow up.
